It would make most sense to do something like this in your own network of people you know. Not being paid renewals I would imagine is huge problem in this setup. Unless its someone you can really trust, will they really hit you up and pay when a funder auto renews your file?

Anyone relying on court cases as their proof of being direct is probably a broker. Court cases are unreliable as evidence of anything. Plus, which courts did you check? There are systems that promote this on this forum, but be aware of the risks of where you are plugging your data in and what may or may not happen to it after.
