Yesterday, 07:20 PMSign up with a ACH company like goach or your local bank but they will typically want you to be in business for 2 years or more and may not do loan brokers. Have a one page signed fee agreement, and voided check. I have a sample fee agreement I can email you. I'm signed up with US Bank under their Singlepoint so there is no fee other than a small monthly amount. I rarely do it only for loans where the lender program won't pay me a fee like SBA 7A for inventory....and I always discuss it up front with the client first and get the agreement signed up front. I don't charge any PSF for any loans where the lender pays me but that's my choice. I realize a lot of brokers do both and that's their choice.

Yesterday, 04:42 PMForget about the excuse he'll come up with.... I'd be more concerned with the economic and general status of the US as a whole at that point... NYC, LA, San Francisco, Chicago and every other liberal ran city is in shambles and have been for years... Lets just have Kamala, AOC and the rest of the squad come up with economic policy going forward, I'm sure that will benefit everyone who actually works for a living....

Yesterday, 04:22 PMThen he should appeal, which is his right to do, and I am sure his legal team will be proceeding with such.

Yesterday, 04:02 PMJury of his peers convicted him of 34 felony counts...nothing political or fake about it. Nothing to do with prosecution or defense or fake charges. You can't argue it was illegal. He'll appeal it and that's his right. Rest is up to the courts. Nothing really to argue about. You can vote for whomever you wish if you want to change the direction of the country. We all need to move on.

Yesterday, 02:39 PMWhole thing is giving off Chuck Rhodes / Bobby Axelrod vibes from the very beginning.

Yesterday, 02:24 PMArranging someone to sign a NDA is not a crime. Paying someone to not disclose they had an affair is not a crime. So what crime was he trying to cover up by listing the payment as a legal expense? That's the question the defense has been asking but the prosecution refuses to say. The judge clearly favored the prosecution, he was biased and should have recused himself. They weren't prosecuting a crime, they were prosecuting a person.

Yesterday, 01:25 PMThe article ACTUALLY is for offenses involving falsification of written statements; that does not solely include business records. 11 of the charges stem from invoices for legal records. 11 of the charges stem from checks paid for legal services. 12 of the charges stem from ledger entries for legal expenses. The key decision for the jurors was to determine if Trump falsified records in an attempt to cover up the hush money payment to Stormy Daniels, AND whether that cover-up was in anticipation of committing another crime, which is an election-law violation via federal campaign crimes, tax crimes, and falsification of documents. I think you're missing the point of the trial, and what the jurors were deciding. You are also welcome to disagree with the verdict, but the fact is the burden of proof was on the prosecution, and they provided that proof beyond a reasonable doubt. This also was not a verdict that was reached quickly; the trial took 6 weeks, and the deliberation took another two or three days if I am not mistaken. Of course, if you think our entire legal system is a sham, you're welcome to make your way to Putin's homeland. I hear they welcome Trump supporters over there with open arms. Can't speak to the validity of THEIR legal system, however.
