It is confirmed. These guys are a chop shop.

DO NOT send them anything. They got my client 50k and then during the funding call their "wires went down". LOL Haven't heard anything since.

I can only laugh at these guys. Such a joke!

same thing happened yesterday got my merchant 60k did funding call then said they are moving office cant fund until monday what a joke

There has to be something illegal about getting a COJ signed and notarized with zero intention to follow through on the contract.

SO i googled these guys on Monday, I called and got someone who answered the phone. They said they are no longer Empire but Region Capital. I have an iso agreement on my desk.

Anyone know anything about that? Spoke to Alex, he said he is the principal. No credit requirement, high risk.

Just thought it was strange, The number is under empire but then they say Empire is no longer funding under that name.

Thanks for any info.

In the last year (or less):

Empire---> Kash Capital ---> Regions Capital

When you find yourself changing business names so frequently, it's generally because your operation is scumbagish. They changed names because they're running. Running from brokers they've screwed over. They rely on ****ing over brokers. That is their business model.

Kash Capital/ Empire Funding funded 22 deals for me last month/ let them fund under 7 different names doesn't make a difference to me they're closing deals and paying same day cant beat that.

not a coincidence.... They reached out to me to give them a review and I did with complete honesty I don't waste my time with this nonsense you don't make any money harassing people behind your computer desk mr. west coast. These guys fund same day and are pretty legit been working with them for 7 months now and haven't had a single issue
