Mrjames, the Advance industry considers trying to reduce your cost by through litigation close to heresy, factors like us don't consider this much of a negative.

Fed Ex routes are typically clean businesses that don't carry any AR (they bill Monday through Friday and get paid the following Friday).

Client likely took advances to buy more routes and has figured that he can't afford it.. We can likely help.. Just did 2 of these deals this month- the larger for $1M..
