credit junction (larger deals), Seacoast (larger deals), or for smaller deals, everyone forgets headway (smaller deals, 12 or 24 months customer option true LOC; not hybrid or front loaded). And while it may not be a "traditional bank LOC", blue vine is a good option for a hybrid type product.
