Perhaps a more professional answer: There are not many financial institutions in the US that can finance companies in foreign countries for a variety of reasons. In some countries the laws are not as strict as the US or it is difficult to perfect a lien. That being said, you will probably have to find a lender with expertise in the Maldives.

I did a quick google and discovered a Company called Red Payments. I have no idea who they are or what they do.....
