tough deal. Why? Most people can't get past the fact that the CEO of the company is only 0.5% shareowner.

I'm working this as an asset-based deal because there is over $15MM in equipment available as collateral & the CEO has authority to sign it all over as security against the loan.

Company does easily average $2MM/month gross & has money left over in the bank every month.
Need to get this funded ASAP, as they soon won't need the money if they keep saving it themselves...

Based on your description I can secure your customer $500,000 for 3 to 5 years if they put up $1,000,000 of equipment collateral. I don't care about your .05% CEO, however, we will require all individuals that own 20% or more of the company to personally guarantee our financing. If no one owns 20% of the company, we won't require a personal guarantee

Of course you cold try the preferred route of factoring but I assume you have looked at that and disregarded it.
That leaves the equipment. What type of equipment, is it paid for, has it been apprised recently and are there are any existing liens.
