2nd Position need to beat current offer

I funded a guy 145k at a 1.20 over 15 months about 30 days ago. He wants a 2nd position has an offer on the table for 75k payback 96k over 8.5 months.

750 credit

He'll move on the rate if we can get the term he's looking for. Let me know if anyone can play ball on this, direct funders preferred but anyone who may be able to find a home please reach out.

since when do you do 9 months? what is the criteria ? Also can you re confirm that a 1.28 factor on a 8.5 month you will pay double digit commission? i call bull s...t

I would not stack on rapid if I was you, they have a pretty hefty stacking fee and if they find out you funded the second too they might cut you off...
