    Looking for low cost lenders

Looking for some other low cost lenders, such as Lift Forward, Funding Circle, Credibly. Anyone have any others they have had good luck using?

    Thanks.

good question. Someting starting at 5.99% (teaser rate) then going out 1=5 years. Rate goes up with increased time.

    My list is the following:
    *Lift Forward
    *Credibly
    *Lendio
    *Fora

Just looking for others. Dropping some mailers and want to be pre pared to get some lower cost deals done.

    Looking for low cost lenders

I have no doubt that for an ABL Kevin has the best cost of funds here. If I were brokeringcagain I would certainly calknhim about whatever deal in had. However with all that being said i believe you will find his underwriting more stringent than ours. I also, believe we are more flexi ble in structuring and paying fees. Let me be clear, you will, never gobwringvaskung Kevin about a deal. Should you do so, and I'm sure this goes for Kevin also, you should tell whoever you care workungvwith of any other factors you are working with.
