I have a Canadian Company looking to finance $360k in Equipment. Great credit, and 10 years TIB. The revenues were only $500k last year, projected $1.5 Million this year. They are willing to do $250k and pay the rest as the financials might not back up financing the full $360k. They also have $1.8 million in equipment that they bought last year free & clear and are willing to cross-collateralize- Equipment is at their California location. PM me if you can get this done or know someone who can. Direct lenders only please- usually with Canadian equipment deals the points are low so wouldn't make sense to co-broker. Thanks.

I'm not a direct lender but that doesn't mean my rates are high or my terms are hard. Your deal may or may not be a slam dunk. Because the deal is $360,000, your clients will have to show 2 to 3 years of financials and hopefully that $500k they made last year was their net income, not their gross income. If it was their gross income their single digit rate just went up and they'll have to put up part of their $1.8 free and clear equipment to secure their credit approval.
