CA lenders A-B paper only (without CFLL)
Looking for good CA lenders that will pay brokers without a california lenders license. A-B paper just 1st and possibly 2nd positions.

GRP goes through BFS Capital who in turn uses Bank of the Internet to place loans. There are a handful of direct lenders who partnered with Federally Chartered banks that allow them to bypass the Licensure requirement in California or other states as banks have different laws. Bank of Lake Mills, Celtic Bank, Web Bank, Bank of The Internet , Community Bank of the Bay, Mission Valley, etc etc are just a few that balance sheet companies are using to place loans in certain states.

Isn't GRP gone now. Completely absorbed by BFS? The old GRP office I dealt with is now just BFS
