Just wanted to know if anyone here has done business with South End Capital and what your experience with them has been. Their compensation terms for brokers is a bit vague, but they seem to offer a variety of programs that give me a bit more flexibility with my current offering.

I am not sure of all that they offer, but they did a big deal for me last week (1st one). Owner of a trucking company had 300 trailers that were bought with an equip purchase (4M Total value, 3.6M owed), and the guy wanted to buy out them out, which they did, with a single digit rate and a long term.

They do extremely good deals. Everyone should sign up with them.

South End is a Brokerage that works with SBA 7a and 504 Programs (note their debanked ads focusing on consolidations), and acts as an intermediary on Equipment Leveraging, as well as Real Estate Deals etc..

As we do what they do (and we also work with Hedge Funds, Royalty Funds, Family Desks, and ABL firms- and more) and actually deploy our own capital as a Bridge to clients that we know we will place, we have not found the need to work with them.

As each deal is different, the compensation is different- not like contacting Funding Circle etc...
