    You folks have to learn how to pick your battles. USVI is already a very narrowly served market. Construction is a narrowly served industry (if at all) within the MCA product space. Combining the two makes the probability of finding a home for this deal incredibly small. Life is all about trade offs, so if you want to spend your time chasing this down go ahead, but in my experience that time would be spent pretty much anywhere else.
