I have a California construction company that needs a LOC with monthly payments. Depositing about $208K per month, 3 years in business. No or low neg days, positive P&L, good FICO.

"No or low negative days" but he "wants" monthly payments. Someone got closed good on that phone call but unfortunately it wasn't the customer.

Bluevine is doing up to $100k as a LOC now, and up to $2m in invoice factoring. I have a handful of construction companies that use them regularly.

To qualify:
600+ personal credit score.
At least 6 months in business.
$60,000+ annual revenue.

If this was NOT a California company, you could also talk with Steve Safirstein at Breakout Capital. It won't work for this company due to Cali, but if you run into the same issue they can help with their LOC product.

I am a direct funder and do a lot of construction (funding one for $650k today). It is a monthly payment and NOT a LOC, but a lot of clients treat us like one, using the funds, paying them down/off for the discount then using again. In fact, we have a client we started funding back in 2008 and just came back yet again for another funding (I think he has funded with me at least ten times now).
