I have an online cell phone/cell phone accessories online wholesaler with 690 credit doing $800,000/yr in deposits. Currently has a small LOC and looking for $150,000 to maximize his bulk order discounts which would increase his current 30% profit margins to 40%-45%.

Has anybody had success in funding this type of business? What direct lenders would fund this type of industry?

Lets look at the numbers: $800k yearly revenue divided by 12 months = $66.666k per month in deposits. I dont think this is a realistic scenario.

Getting him approved for anything around $100,000 would make him happy at this point. Can you suggest a lender that funds this industry? If not, nothing else need be said.

WBL can put a loan together for this borrower, assuming they have real estate collateral they can utilize.

Since they have commercial clients a factoring arrangement may solve the problem. Ive has experience with this type of client.
