    training or education

Is there anywhere or place to send new people that offers decent training or any education credentials if getting into the business loan world...

Either for loans based on revenue alone OR for more traditional business loans for people with more established businesses and better credit?

    Thanks for any help.

A good starter course for MCA Basics http://www.counselorlibrary.com/public/courses-mca.cfm

    Merchant Cash Advance Basics
A certification course offered by CounselorLibrary and deBanked
Robert Cook, Kate Fisher, and Cathy Brennan, partners of Hudson Cook, LLP, created this course to help Merchant Cash Advance companies understand and explain merchant cash transactions. Our goal is to help you with your day-to-day discussions with customers so that 1) customers understand how a merchant cash advance works, and 2) you know some of the dos and don'ts.

The course consists of four sections:

    Business vs. Consumer Transactions
Purchase vs. Loan and Merchant Cash Advance vs. Loan
The Different Types of MCA Transactions
    Common Events of Default
Each section contains a video of between 3-6 minutes long, followed by a quiz of 7-8 multiple choice and true/false questions. You may take the course at your own pace and take each quiz up to three times to achieve a passing grade.

Upon successful completion of the course, you will receive a Certificate of Completion, valid for two years from the date of issue.

The fundamentals this course teaches are incredibly important, not just for the sake of someone selling or underwriting the products but also for the small businesses who expect the professionals they speak with to be knowledgable about the terms and conditions of loans vs future receivable purchases.

Every e-mail, call and communication you have with a merchant (and even internal company communications) can have a legal consequence so it's imperative you understand what you're selling or underwriting.
