Term Loan for Law Firm w/ 680 FICO needs funds in 10 Business Days Max

Whereas FC declined for discharged personal bankruptcy within 7 yrs, & others can't work with law firms, I need a home for this deal.

Who do you know can get a law firm a term loan for about $100K? Ideally, 3 yr term would be great but not a must. 2 yrs is okay.

The guy has been doing cash advances for a while & needs a better product. Not eligible for SBA loan.

Joey, would you give me an idea of exactly what type of product you could offer on a file like this, when you say you "can get this done", and at what terms?
Would you fund the file in-house or through a partner?

our term loan products go from 12-48 months the term loan product is offered by my partner directly, i don't want to give any exact rates without seeing paper work, i know for a fact we've funded deals that had bankruptcies further than 5 years in the past. if you want to give me a shot ill see the best offer i could possibly get in house.

Still waiting on a decent option for this one. Credit is maybe dropped to 660 due to MCAs. That's it. Still looking for term loan or BLOC type of deal. Can be as little as 12 months up to whatever. Should be standalone (unaffected by cash advances) preferably. If absolutely necessary to pay off MCAs, that's fine.
