Best Direct funder who will do premium factors as well as high risk

I am looking for a funder that will do both premium and high risk deals. I am wanting to keep everything in-house with them. They need to have a streamlined process from submission to underwriting to hard offer being made to funding the deal.

    Any ideas?

I would recommend a larger company that is a broker/funder, perhaps Yellowstone or Alliance Funding Group.

However, what you are asking for is not going to get you 12-15 points. Typically companies like that pay around 5 points.

I would recommend to sign up with CAN, On Deck, and Quickbridge. This way you encompass any deal you may come across, while still working with minimum lenders and keeping a simple process (with the exception of CAN).
