I am interested in hearing opinions on bank partnerships for Brokers/Syndication opportunities. I have previously worked with Funding Circle, Smartbiz ect and they do have helpful programs however we have found the sales cycle and lack of communication too much to overcome for our customers.

Does anybody have any experiences with banks that specialize in acquisition financing or traditional term loans 24-84 months that are not SBA driven?

Business Term Loan:

Our lending program is a NATIONWIDE platform with loan amounts ranging from $100,000 - $1,000,000+. Financing can be achieved in as little as 48-hours, provided our level of comfort is there with the request.

Lending Criteria:

NO BK's
NO Judgements / Tax Liens
Time in business > 2-years
Business must be generating at least $1M annually (we will lend up to 10% of gross sales)
Borrower's FICO must be over 620+

Unfavorable Industries: (Not Impossible, but non-desired):

- Construction/contracting
- Trucking/Logistics
- Transportation (cabs, limos, buses)
- Printing
- Home Based Business
- Brokerage (insurance, stock brokerage)
- Bars
- Stand-Alone Restaurants (Franchises / Multiple Locations OK!)

Rate/Terms:

Terms: 1-4 Year (Daily, Weekly and Monthly)
Rates: 10% - 30%+
Points: up to 4 points (Broker)

**Needed Documentation for Requests under $150,000 (non-collateral) :

- Application
- 12-months bank statements
- Buisiness debt schedule


**Needed Documentation for Requests over $150,000 (collateral - Real Estate):

- Application
- 12-months bank statements
- Buisiness debt schedule
- 2-years Busienss/Personal Tax Returns
- YTD Financials (P&L, Balance Sheet)
- R/E Holdings (Subject Property - Mortgage Statement, Tax Bill / Deed, Appraisal / BPO)
