    real estate collateral

    Can anyone else besides WBL lend against real estate?

    We can lend against real estate. In a different manner then WBL plus it comes out more affordable.

    i hope you know that wbl does not lend against real estate . they leverage real estate to give a business loan based on cash flow like all other lenders. since they leverage the real estate they can some times fund higher or ignore certain issues

    yes I am familiar I might have worded incorrectly. I would like to use them but cant due to an issue our firm has with our previous rep for them.

    yes, we offer hard money against real estate 10-12% with monthly payments for 12-24 months...and if residential investment I could offer longer terms. fico.isnt an issue
