    YSC Payoff Letter

    Have a customer having a hard time getting through to get a payoff letter from Yellowstone. Does anyone have a direct contact for payoff letters there, that I can refer him to?

    Was this resolved? Most of the office (including Accounting/management) was out on Friday. That could've been a reason for the lack of response.
