At $250-300K a month, they aren't getting a million.

Try Able, Funding Circle, or Dan Page -- though Able may be the only company you get close to $1MM, you need a long term loan here to get that big (we've seen them on deals with $1M+ loan on revenues that were smaller than this). With an advance, like Chambo said, you wont get close to that; only option is long-term loan -- which you should be able to get since they are profitable (depending on credit)

If they have equity, we'll get them the million that he needs. Depending what the project is he is working on, we could even do it off the the project. I would have to get more details from you to determine the best way to go about it.
