Its called repeat business and good business service. Plenty of deals started at 10k advance, 2 years later they still come back to me for 100k.
It will take me around 45 minutes to do a 10k deal. Some people around here seems to have plenty with comments that don't help anyone. 1200 bucks is all net form me
