need a direct lender for a 300k+ deal for a hotel direct lender only

Owners and main headquarters are in California, hotel is in Wyoming doing 400k+ a month.

One of the owners has a 5M judgement from Pueblo Bank from another private equity group he was working with in 2009. After the housing bubble they walked away from the hotel. The bank has been sold a few times since the judgement was filed and there has not been any talks or attempts to collect for 5 years now.

Recently acquired a liquor license, they are looking to build out a lounge and high end bar in the hotel.

Need to fund by Friday.

They are looking for 6 - 12 month term with an early payoff addendum.
