I basically do the same thing with pre-approvals, I soft UW the file based on the financial criteria submitted, all else being equal, I give a ballpark range. Some lenders like TBB and ODC tell you that just based on credit, this would be the same process in reverse.

Thanks for your questions.

We are still pre-launch.
Our buy rates are low.
Our commissions are very flexible, basically (at the moment, anyway) we are building a product that allows for brokers to pretty much set their own commissions.
Quite a lot makes us different from other lenders. One of those things is our sounding board process, by which we are taking in as much critical commentary (feedback, ideas, complaints, compliments, suggestions, etc) as we can before we launch, to implement as much as we can into our product by the time we launch.

That's exactly why we're working on meeting with as many top ISOs as we can before we launch, to make sure we bake-in all this type of goodness, to make the perfect recipe for our business model, and ultimately, for the benefit of our clients (the brokers).
