school property financing
looking for a commercial lender that will refinance a schools private mortgage into a conventional mortgage. Not looking to do SBA, the value of the building is 2.1 million and they owe 700k. Looking to take out some equity. customer is looking to do this ASAP.

Most conventional will take 30 days. What state is the property in?
I have a couple of conventional lenders in the 6.5-8.99% range.
