If you are doing $5mil deals we should talk. We like funding larger factoring and ABL deals.

john i guarantee you , you will be on here crying how they screwed you in a week .
they will fund a 5 million dollar deal , they will underwrite like crazy .however they took over the deal . now you can make up to 12 points but based on a rep there the average they wind up on paying is 1-3 % .
i had some other rep named devin that that promised me 12% . after 2 weeks my deal funded for 500k and super g response was "your" merchant doesnt feel you deserve more then 1 point . of course my merchant will say that as i was cut out for 2 weeks with him talking to them also .
bottom line if you are ok with 1-2 points then they are a company that can fund big deals on regular mca rates 12-18 months .

They took out an over advance on a big staffing deal so we could get them a 50 million dollar facility. Really solid group of guys over there. Even subordinated on the AR (which they don't usually do). Nothing but good things to say about those guys....and no they don't pay 12 points lol.

And yes they take over the relationship....rightfully so as they are giving the client millions of dollars.

Darrin Ginsburg posted on LinkedIn that Bob Sliker passed away 2 weeks ago. They posted a donation page for his family. Very sad news.

Scott's right.. He was a nice man.. They're great for subordinating debt on larger deals once they wrap around the premise. Typically like firms with 10M or more per year in revenue.

Need to negotiate what your desired point structure is upfront. Pricing is similar to an advance with longer terms..

yup you just need to go in knowing what it is . also dont go for a 100k deal either because it will have as much underwriting as the 5 million deal .
