What industry?
Are they selling to commercial customers?
How large is the need?
Do they have accounts receivables, inventory, and/or equipment?

Hi Nate,

It would not be a fit for my division. If they are a Florida based Company our bank my have an interest. If they are not in FL, I suggest reaching out to a community bank or regional bank and explore SBA financing. There are a few good advisors on this forum that have tons of SBA experience.

Why wouldn't an ISO simply contact Funding Circle themselves? Why would they need to send the deals to you?

Perhaps I'm reading this wrong. Are you encouraging Brokers here to call you so you can explain what Funding Circle does?

I would contact Richard as fulfilling your request is not quite cookie cutter and you need an experienced loan packager to effect a smooth conclusion.

Funding Circle or Fundation for the 5 year term, but rate will be higher at 5 years. If they decline try Dealstruck, they will go out 3 years, and rate will be higher than what they are requesting. This is the best option if they are in a hurry, if not try Smartbiz for SBA loan.

As I'm sure you know Jonathon, Smartbiz will only go to 350k without Real Estate as part of the equation. There are several other Lenders in the space you are referring to- that have specific appetites. Understanding what the client does, what the assets and liabilities are on the balance sheet, and considering the clients' long term goals/capital needs- should determine where you place the file.

Has this request been satisfied or still currently seeking capital? We will lend up to 10% annual sales of the business and terms up to 4-years (daily, weekly or monthly) repayment. Would like to better understand the financials to structure in best interest of the business.
