Does anyone know an alternative lender who will offer a short term loan or line of credit to a group home? Need between 25 to 50K?

We have funded several group homes and can consider this merchant. Our products (offered in every state except California) range from $5k to $150k (though we usually cap consolidations at $100k unless it's a very high quality deal) with terms as long as 18 months. For consolidations, which we pay a fixed 5% commission, there is no net to the merchant required and no max number of positions we will consolidate. For non-consolidations we can offer up to 12 points depending on the internal credit grade of the deal. Our buy rates are as low as 1.08x and we have many merchant-friendly features such as early repayment discounts, daily/weekly/monthly repayment options, and the ability to draw additional capital after only 1 month of consistent payments with NO double dipping.
