The new location has triple the foot traffic and a population with double the discretionary income.

Combined, the partners own 10 other successful businesses. (5 Restaurants) Have liquidity in excess of $1,000,000, while personal income totaled $750,000 in 2015.

They've already contributed, $200,000 in cash to the toward the built out. The $350,000 can be broken down in several smaller leases if necessary.

'We have experience working with beverage companies. Does the Company sell to distributors as well as retail customers? Financing the AR with commercial customers would help their growth. We could look at financing the equipment as an accommodation to the AR facility and would also consider raw materials. Yes-I am a direct lender, I have a ton of experience in the beverage industry, and it appears we are both in Florida.....
