Purchasing Nail Salon
Merchant recently sold her nail salon and is interested in purchasing another. Purchase price for business only 150k. Credit score 720+.. I'm really not sure if there are any options on the forum at all..

Possibly SBA(7)a loan or is purchasing the land also?

Matt,
Please share with us on how you go about funding these type of deals? 90% of my clients are Nail Salons. And I run into these type of scenarios 2-3 times per week where buyers have anywhere between 30-60% available cash but they need to borrow the rest in order to purchase the nail salons.
