Have a restaurant opening a 2nd location. They do about 900k at the 1st location and have a 1st position balance of approx 180k on an 144k deal. Have 2 offers, that I appreciate of 38 and 40, but client is pushing me for closer to 80k. Owns 3 properties she is willing to use as collateral personal- 273k value, 193k balance, rental property 43.5/0 balance and business property (2nd location) 225/121k. 2nd location opening 6/15.
