    Cash Advance Lender Seeking Funding

I have a cash advance lender who is looking for some funds. They have real estate but need a lower rate. They $100,000 urgently to fund a deal.

Who can I take this to?

The problem is they have docs in on a deal that they can't fund... they can't afford to wait for a real-estate backed deal, or I would be all over it.

What factor rate are they offering? If it is 1.45 over 4 months, maybe I can offer 1.35 over 5 months.....

have them syndicate the deal or broker it out. Why are they trying to fund a deal they don't have cash money for..
Just have WBL fund the deal they are trying to fund, little late in the game to raise cash to be a funder. Cmon man lets get real on this has WBL guidelines distorted things that bad for you.

I'll bet their website talks them up like they've loaned millions to small businesses nationwide, or something similar...and they can't even fund the deals they approve. This is a good one.

Now I have an idea...but nonetheless it being someone on the radar of (semi) reputable lenders makes this even more interesting.

MCA company looking for a MCA to fund a MCA? Makes no sense.

They would make the same in commissions (considering 10-14pts) than net 10-14pts profit on the deal (revenue from deal minus cost of funds to fund the deal)

It doesn't, but the fund wants to have the deal on their books, even if nets nothing to them.

Good point, especially if they are having a temporary cash problem, and will have future renewals.

Quick update guys, they now need $250K, they just got docs in on a $150K deal. They said they can stall by requesting additional stips for a day or two.
