Default Merchant who opened an ISO - Superior Funding

Please be on lookout for a merchant named Travis Bryant
He has a business called Superior Electrical in NJ
He took out multiple cash advances and has balances north of 200k

He just opened his own ISO called "Superior Funding" based in Jackson NJ www.superior-funding.com

Consider yourselves warned for any funders taking his deals; he screwed (intentionally or not) more than 5 MCA co's...

I have been a broker for this merchant and he has and is paying back fine right now. Who and when did he screw?

He's on 3, 4 yr+ terms that were originally 3-12 month terms, playing the system well...if your his broker for one of his deals, feel free to look at his bank statements; see what was being debited and what is being debited on the 5 or so advances he has

I know the merchant had old advances with Ondeck and BFS that he paid in full. I placed him with a funder in July and he has never missed a payment. Maybe he loaded up with new funders within the last couple months but he hasn't been a problem on our end.

Most contracts are not terms unless it its loan product from a licensed lender. We examine an estimated turn time. With that said there probably is an issue with this Merchant/ISO as we have him on the books as well.
