    2 Tough Deals:

    Private Investigator
    He has average 5 deposits per month totaling about $4K in his op acct.
    Also has a second LLC op act doing Music Festivals :-) .. but, again low deposit volume ($3K/mth or so).
    Looking for $11K MCA with weekly payments
    ---------------------------------------------
    Veterinarian has $50K/mth deposits
    3 current Stacked MCAs:
    Bizfi taken out 12/24/15, current balance ~$13748.00;
    Knight Capital current balance ~$20,500.00;
    Kabbage taken out 2/8/16 amount owed $15,145.00
    Also needs extra $36000 to fix plumbing problem in office.
    8 NSFs on the most recent monthly op acct

    But back on topic...

    Fund the PI yourself. If anyone is going to fund that its going to be a newbie at a funding house trying to make some money because they are not happy that they are giving out double digit commissions to everyone but getting paid $15 an hour . At 6 points for $4,000 you will make $240. At least if you fund him yourself you stand to make a little more.

    Give him a reality check. Weekly will never happen for his case.

    For the vet, maybe one of these consolidation magicians can do something(and they will probably post in the morning), but the NSFS don't really help the case. Try a company that can do factoring on the insurance receivables.

    Kremser, good luck with these. Very tough indeed. How did you come across these leads? Purchased, web, cold called, UCC?
    It's none of my business, just curious.

    I wish you well.

    It's actually irrelevant at this point on the Vet. If it was a fundable/renewable deal it would have been gonzo by now.

    Funder, industry, balance, and date funded posted LOL. If you don't think this guy wouldn't have been called by his current lenders by now your crazy.

    I just don't get the thought process behind disclosing that info on here. I think it's safe to assume at least 1 employee at each of these firms had perused the DF today, no? Or is it just me?

    Private Investigator Seeks weekly MCA / Veterinarian Seeks Consolidation

    Send the first deal to LoanMe and the second to WBL. I'll do a background check and find their real estate if they have it

    As a fairly prolific consolidator of MCAs, I have to agree with Zach on the vet. Income is too low, balances are too high and NSFs don't help the picture. Someone like WBL is probably your best bet.

    PI was a PPC ad landing page lead
    Veterinarian is a business local to us, thus the reason behind not giving up on it like we normally would

    Thanks for the heads up with LoanMe, Zach. Already been dealing with George in CT on the WBL side. Problem is the vet hospital is a lease. maybe the doc will put up her house against a consolidation, last resort!

    not under any illusions about whether any other firms are calling this client. they are a business local to us, so loyalty is there. the doc even advises us when the other firms call :-0 ... good heads up for future reference though (not to post such specifics).. although I am not sure if I was working for Kabbage right now I would be spending too much time trying to figure out who it is that we can't help!

    thanks for the insight., Tommy. I actually would love to fund this one, it's really stable.. but we only fund local/regional businesses out of legal preference (this guy is 3 states away).

    7K a month between 2 entities...and looking for $11,000? They're dreaming

    The Vet...owes how much? a little north of $50,000, DOES $50K a month,...and wants additional $36K?....another dreamer

    nice one. glad somebody saw it. some of these files are just heart wrenching. she (the vet) stacked these MCAs up out of desperation and now they are sinking her ship. if she can keep the NSFs clean for the next 30 days, I have a funder who will step in and consolidate.
