I have a construction merchant in Cali doing a steady 180k per month. He owes 400k to IRS and 200k to the State. Payment plans with both. He has no advances and is requesting between 100-150k. He sent his credit report along with his statements. The credit report shows a 640. What can we do for this gentlemen?

Hey Sal: Issue is whether or not his sales are to private individuals or Companies (residential vs Commercial)..

I can help with Construction receivables that are commercial.. I know that Dan Page has posted on here that they like Construction firms.. If you have payment plans to Municipalities his 12-18 program might work well..
