Alleging there isn't a first position UCC in addition to the 200k mentioned, the question isn't whether it can be done but rather what is the right credit facility for the client.

$14M plus annually and 400k cash reserves creates several options. What is the Capital for? Expansion? New Contracts?

If the client has a growth plan and a strong management team (with realistic projections) a program can be designed based on the firms valuation, revenue, WITHOUT taking a UCC..

I agree with Richard's analysis.
We may be more helpful with just a bit more information.
What other debt does. the company have, what will the money be used for and will they need additional funds within the next year?
The company may benefit from replacing all the debt they have.
I would generally exclude the trucks because financing available through the dealers is generally inexpensive.
