My wife is a business major in FIU. Last night was commenting about how shady the industry I work in is. Her logic is I/We pray on the dumber business owners and their need for capital. She figures a smart business owner or even successful would not take an MCA. Domestic violence crossed my mind at that point, I held back the ***** slap and I think I will just return this purse I bought for her with MCA money. Since this is truly the only place she cant find/spy on me (I hope), I wanted to share. Touche buddy touche' looks like they are praying on future brokers and their dreams of getting into this industry and making a living. The rich will get richer living off the masses.

Thanks for your critique gentlemen. Glad to see some industry vets and competent entrepreneurs providing their insight. I myself, wouldn't get started with this program either, and I was the one who created it lol. I've always garnered satisfaction from creating things ideas/processes from scratch, but the fact is many people just don't operate that way.

This is nowhere close to our core revenue generator for the company, but we wanted to offer a turnkey model to the industry for any new entrants who didn't want to reinvent the wheel. I believe our offerings at the $99 and $299 per month packages are very reasonable. We don't make money off a mere sub-licensing fee, but rather the 50/50% split - and we want our exclusive partners to be extremely profitable as well. We use the best technology and have custom developed some of the best automation processes that far surpass our competitors. Additionally we have in-depth knowledge and relationships with all of go-to funders. Through this model, we completely eliminate questions and concerns such as "What do I say to this rebuttal?" - "What funder do I take X deal to?" - "How do I know what paper grade this file is?" etc...

Someone was asking about our lead data. It's B2B leads that are heavily screened through filters such as time in business, revenue, credit profile, industry, 97%+ phone number accuracy. We also provide quality UCC data that meets very specified criteria and is not sold to us by some shoddy reseller of a reseller like some of the companies on this form who claim to have "the best leads" - not for sub .10c/unit you don't lol. Gotta pay to play. The data is quality.

This isn't some online "sign up here" package. We vet all our candidates and have flat out denied quite a few people who wish to use our platform. It's a very hands on approach. We're their as an exclusive partner every step of the way. So when it comes to lead distribution, we're not just going to hand over 1,000 or 5,000 leads and say "good luck". If we're taking a look at the Platinum package with a max 5,000 leads/mo we're going to say here's 500 and keep an eye on the lead / call type disposition and the number of leads that are moving from New to Attempting Contact to Contacted to Converted, etc... and upon seeing that X rep has very few new leads left from the 500, we'll give them another 500-1000 units and keep going from there. We're not screwing anybody and not one of our exclusive partners has ever "run out" of leads to call or opportunities to create business. That wouldn't be healthy for them or us.

Mortgage net branches didn't have monthly subscription fees and never took 50%. I wonder if they actually are providing real training materials with their set up. Maybe they should be selling that to newbies.
