I work on Wall Street and I have several in house lenders. I also am partnered with other lending companies so it is easy for me to get an offer. Sometimes I can get an offer in as fast as 5 minutes. I am one of the Funding Managers and I am looking to build ISO relationships for people who could use someone that can get excellent offers and fast. lol Michael it depends on how much our in house lenders are willing (or more able) to give out at the time and Apex Capital Source has been open for 4 years.

Hey Mark I'm on 75 Maiden Lane. I honestly don't know why I said a wall street company it seems pretty stupid now lol but I am trying to branch out and create business relationships

Lying is not a good way to start business relatonships. Why the F**K does everyone in this space have to LIE about everything? Just be honest about your abilities and your place in the market. Drop the fancy titles and stop trying to pull the wool over everyone's eyes. Bunch of shady mofos...

lol I want to keep expanding and I know how successful you guys all are so I figured I would give this site a shot. I have been working in this industry for a year and 4 months so I am nothing special but I have been able to maintain a commission job for that long without any struggles so I guess that says something right?

Lets say within 30 seconds from Wall St. That way you can include Yellowstone, and the 10+ companies in my building.
