    Merchant Prime for Consolidation

Hi Jodi, since your client is running at 200k monthly they probably have around (305)0k in accounts receivable.
If they were to factor their receivables that would be able to pay off their outstanding advances and be ripe for new ones.

    Jodi,

We are a direct lender with a heavy focus on consolidations/balance transfers of $100K and below. What is the state and TIB? We'd be happy to take a look at a straight consolidation (no net). If interested, please reach out to me or our head of ISO relations, Steve Safirstein at steven@breakoutfinance.com. If they are in a state in which we can offer loans and have contracts that are in place but the work has yet to be completed, we could be pretty aggressive on price (assuming banks, business credit/review, and personal credit check out).

But agreed with Bob, if they have AR they can factor that may be a cheaper solution than a new short term loan or cash advance. But that's not something we could help with. And if they aren't interested in (or can't) factoring receivables, and are profitable and looking for a larger advance, try Dan Page at Funding Strategy Partners.

The best deal possible is not possible when co-brokering

Which factor is willing to purchase receivables while there are two UCC's filed against this said company?
