good luck we see lots of large "big payday" deals, shopped all day by brokers who have no clue what they are doing and the borrower cannot keep all the brokers straight. They can be done but probably not by anyone on this board.

not wasting their time. They are looking to pass off the deal to someone else to take the reigns and close. Of course, they want a piece of the action for forwarding and email, but they aren't actually putting any work into this

wasnt a 150M MCA - This is a Hard money purchase for The revel Casino / hotel in AC - i just dont have the time to invest in this but if you want a stab at it contact CK 914-804-2033, This is a deal that could be easily done with a hedge fund or multiple in a subordinate debt / equity position - but please no MCA brokers....
