Need a warehouse line for a home developer
Looking for a warehouse line of credit for an established home developer. I know it's vague but they flip homes and handle the renovation internally. Anyone?

I can give them short-term loans with interest-only payments. I can potentially structure it so they are only forced to pay 3 month's worth of interest total.
