Are there any direct lenders that can get this funded? Looking for a home for this deal.


-Loan Request: $15k for 3yr term
-Loan to clear up tax issues and purchase equipment
-Been in business 20 yrs
-No current loans
-Credit score is 625
-Average Monthly Gross is $8k to $10k


-He does have collateral (investment rental property)

-Says if he pledges the property, he would like to get $20k over 5 yrs
(Property is not apart of S-Corp)

-No prepayment penalty

-Would like Monthly or Weekly repayment depending on rates
