Hello everyone,

It's been a while since I've posted but could really use some assistance here. I have a US Based company that has 2 50/50 owners. 2014 Tax Returns reference 100% ownership by their foreign entity.

1st owner- Lives in the US, US citizen with dual citizenship overseas. This owner has the ability to legally bind both entities (US based and foreign)

2nd owner- Lives overseas, not US citizen.

Can anyone recommend a lender who will consider looking at this file?

40MM Annual Revenue. Strong/Clean file.

What type of company is it and what are the use of funds? How much are they seeking?

I'm not sure what you are looking for but this company could fit our ABL criteria.
Are there any receivables, finished inventory, machinery or work in process.
Citizenship is not required, just assets that may be used as collateral.
Depending on the situation, this could be a restructuring of all the company's debt.
Please send me a Bob disclosure agreement so we may talk openly about the real.
