Who has the lowest junk fees? Getting tired of some of the funders out there who aren't satisfied with a healthy return on their money, and feel they have to fee the merchant to death up front.

We have VERY low fees, for the high risk deals we usually do. Had a $100k 4th position funded last month, under 4% in total fees. For the most part, we charge around 2%, with no PSF.

By fees we all mean before funding, NOT before looking at a file. I don't think ANY funders have any upfront fees, and the fact that you are proud of it says nothing good about your training.

Maybe I am being too hard, but I thought the nonsense with upfront fees has been agreed to be a really bad move. Why would you think that is what we are talking about?

That is my fault I did not word that correctly. we do not have any fees rolled into the advance. The only time we ever add a fee is on high risk deals which is a $295 bank fee.
