undry is one of the leading firms in the MCA FinTech arena and has originated over a billion dollars in deal flow since its inception in 2009. As part of a major rebrand and growth strategy for 2016, the company is set to implement a new CRM platform, NetSuite and is seeking a driven, self-starting candidate with entrepreneurial aspirations to fill the role of a Product Manager reporting to the COO / CTO.

This position will participate in implementing, developing requirements and future enhancements for the NetSuite application and helping the organization meets its objectives, and ensuring front office and management satisfaction, providing support as well as assisting the management team with day to day responsibilities around data and process management.

Key responsibilities include:
Responsible for the business process analysis, solution design, and implementation—including setup, configuration and customization, training, and overall client management – of our NetSuite clients.

Lead multiple engagements, interacting directly with senior level client personnel both in the implementation as well as project execution. Must be comfortable managing a significant number of clients concurrently with aggressive timelines.
Lead and manage technical projects that coincide with a NetSuite implementation.

Act as cross-functional reference and NetSuite expert on Fundry's technical projects such as working with the COO and CTO for their analytics needs.
Be the voice of the customer internally by constantly providing feedback on how to improve our services.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems or other related disciplines.
At least 3years experience with enterprise applications, including CRM and ERP, in consulting, enterprise software implementation, or business process consulting.

Strong communications skills with the ability to translate customer business requirements into business solutions, either as a software solution or a re-engineering initiative.

Strong experience in change management and business process analysis.

Excellent client management skills and the ability to execute on an implementation plan and articulate challenging requirements to various stakeholders.

Previous consulting experience with any of the following applications: NetSuite, QuickBooks, SQL Server, and/or other database technologies

Excellent understanding of business practices as related to Accounting and basic data governance takes
Must be technically savvy, ideally with some knowledge of technical concepts such as integration, workflow automation, proficient in excel/vba.
Prior exposure to operations/sales is preferred.

Prior project management experience is a plus.

Ability to handle a variety of different projects simultaneously, and capable of managing multiple deadlines. Ability to take direction and work independently.
