WBL is out of hand with the ISO cold calling!!!!!

This is extremely annoying!! I get two calls a day, from all directions, deceiving time wasting pitches. Are these people going out of business or something??

They are calling you, trying to get you to sign up?

They must think your ISO is in trouble or something....

Hey don't forget they are doing a job the same way ISO's are aggressively going after closing merchants.

WBL is out of hand with the ISO cold calling!!!!!

They call us trying to get our group to sign up. They call a few times a day through all of our ads we have on the web, everything. Different people calling through different ads set up for merchants.

They pitch it initially like they are merchants seeking loans.

They use up valuable time and resources.

No other lender is this inconsiderate.

It's a daily battle with them.

We get calls from a new rep weekly. Some young eager beaver who is clueless who they are calling.
Give them credit for being being aggresive

MCA guru, they are overdoing it. Nobody wants to join a lender that harasses ISOs

Tammy, why don't we get you signed up then so they stop calling? Just kidding...

What's your ISO's name? I can have my reps not call you specifically.

Also, if there's anyone else who feels the same way, please privately email or message me and I'll ensure my branch doesn't call you.

In other words, he won't stop it from happening, but they'll just stop calling you.

I get WBL calls twice a day from every rep even though we're already signed up. Somebody needs a CRM.

lol wbl, trying to keep HELOC's alive since 2011.

i dont understand why they just dont go into the direct lending, MCA space? i've tried to do a collateralized deal with them through someone and it took 3 weeks just to get an offer.

everyone has their niche i suppose, and they found a way to structure their product with payments like a cash advance, but still get collateral so bravo to them.

Every branch operates autonomously -- we choose our preferred lenders, whether we prefer to sell retail or wholesale, select our own marketing methods, etc. It's basically a group of 17 separate ISO's all under the same umbrella. We are offered advice and guidance, but not forced to run our business a certain way.

So would it be correct in assuming that a big challenge is quality control amongst the branches? And is there any type of oversight for quality control?

I was actually was curious because I can see advantages and disadvantages to the WBL Structure and was wondering about the implementation of QC/Customer Service.
