Based on the SIC code and the Average Credit I don't forsee them getting 150K unless they go to Zach and WBL with some land for collateral. That may be your best option unless they are willing to take less than 150K I would offer them 80-100K based on what you've said.

Yes, if they can pledge some type of real estate (commercial, residential, land) this would definitely be a deal with us. Credit score isn't an issue since we don't have a minimum. As I said, if they do own real estate (or have a partner/family/friend who's willing to pledge theirs) then I'd definitely like to discuss the scenario in greater depth and ultimately weigh-out some options. Maybe not 150, but its a doable deal as an MCA w/o specifically encumbering the titles. But why only 2 deposits? The revenue figures suggest at least 10 cars on the road?
