If deal is real estate based why look for MCA?
If sufficient equity merchant can get term loans up to 15 years with monthly payments . Rates depends on equity, credit, type of property and cash flow.
If commercial we would be interested.

Funding companies in the MCA space just do not do straight up MCA deals as I have discovered I did not know this but now I do, they are doing equipment financing, invoice purchase receivable factoring, it appears that different funding companies will take on deal others won't, it is good to know who does what in this space, can't assume anything at this point, so the question is a very valid question, and I have experience with hard money lending space, so my experience tells me that anything is possible when it comes to how investors put their money to work out on the streets, this is why I asked this question, I am a newbie to MCA space and learning more about how funding companies and what they do and don't do ....

Everyone has different parameters, and daily more come in. More underwriting guidelines, some very different. If you could get 160% return (simple, not even compound), would you venture outside of your space? Market changes daily. More than Mafia earns.....with only a 15% or so default ratio and no one has to be killed......hmmm.

For this purpose you have to contact the persons who are well versed on the subject. No doubt if you visit online , you will get enough knowledge on the subject, but that online knowledge is almost half without practically knowing about it. I came in contact with https://merchcash.com/. They do not use the term 'Loan' as this term is being used by the bank. They called it as Real estate advance.
