    Valuations are through the roof

Every 5 minutes I keep hearing about funding company's selling equity at these crazy valuations.

    Quarterspot got a 250m valuation

    Fora just sold some

Ondeck has a Billion dollar market cap, although it looks like every shareholder under the sun is suing them

    Yellowstone sold at 100M

Can Isos get the same valuations or is it just for funders?

Depends on if you have any business assets that can be sold/acquired or not.

Don't forget Kabbage who just a valuation at a Billion dollars and Square just filed their S1

I think the best way to get higher valuation is to show that you are not just a me too and that you offer something that everyone needs. That applies to both funder's and Iso's, although I do think direct funder's will get a higher valuation simply because they hold the paper and most believe that's a stronger asset
